Instructions:

Mix minced meat with garlic (1), pepper, parsley, salt, half of paprika powder and one third of flour and knead into a dough.

Mix remaining flour and paprika powder in a deep dish. Form small balls from meat dough and turn to other side in flour mixture.

Rinse and clean zucchini and cut into thick slices. Stir through garlic (2), thyme, salt, olive oil and pepper and mix into zucchini slices.

Alternate meatballs and zucchini on 4 metal skewers and grill on broiler for about 10-15 min, brushing occasionally with oil marinade.

Our tip: Zucchini are tender in taste and therefore also well suited for children.
