Bone, skin and fillet the fish. Prepare 8-10 dag of fat, flour, a little salt, pepper and sweet paprika. Rub the fillets with the mixed spices, turn them in the flour and fry them in the hot fat on the grill or in the pan on both sides. Serve with lemon, fried potatoes, sauces to taste and various salads. If you prepare a whole fish, just cut it diagonally on both sides. A nice Riesling or Veltliner goes well with the Fogosch. MEAL TIME !
