For the cottage cheese waffles, first cream the margarine with sugar and orange sugar. Add the eggs one by one. Then mix in the curd cheese and cottage cheese well. Mix the flour well with the baking powder and the pinch of salt. Then stir to the egg mixture one tablespoon at a time. Add the mineral water if the mixture is too thick. If the mixture is too thin, simply add more flour until the consistency is right.

Grease the preheated waffle iron (level 3 of 6) with a little margarine or butter and prepare the individual waffles. I used a slightly larger spoon to put exactly two spoonfuls onto the waffle plate. In total, it became 18 pieces of cottage cheese waffles.

Preparation Tip:

The cottage cheese waffles can be served with fruit or whipped cream. With me, they were unfortunately eaten before.
