Instructions:

For the vegetable pasta with herbs, cook the pasta al dente. Cut carrots, zucchini and bell bell pepper into strips. Cut sugar snap peas in half or possibly in thirds.

Cut leeks into diagonal slices. Heat butter, oil together in saucepan, add peppers, carrots, sauté. Add remaining vegetables as well, cook for 5 more minutes.

Fold in tomato pulp. Chop dill, cut chives into rolls and add. Season with salt and pepper.

Roast sunflower seeds in frying pan without fat, sprinkle over vegetables. Serve with the pasta.
