Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes. Clean vegetables and cut into bite-sized pieces. Boil potatoes and vegetables (except broccoli) with vegetable soup and cook at low temperature for 10 minutes. Then add the broccoli and cook for another 5 minutes. Season with herbs and serve.

You can also use Tk-vegetable mix, but add it when the potatoes are a little bit pre-cooked. Serve with a wholemeal roll or a slice of farmhouse bread.

Our tip: It is best to use fresh herbs for a particularly good flavor!
