Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

Rinse the poultry. Cook in 1 3/4 liters of boiling water with pepper and soy sauce for about an hour.

Clean and rinse the vegetables. Cut carrots and leek into slices. Cut noodles with scissors.

Cool meat, remove skin and bones. Save breast meat (also from the whole chicken) for curry (see recipe: Spicy Chicken Curry). Cut the rest of the meat into small pieces.

Cook vegetables for 15 min, noodles for 3-5 min in the clear soup. Mix eggs, stir into boiling clear soup. Heat meat in it. Season to taste.
