Make choux pastry from the first 5 ingredients.
Bake 3 bases from the dough. Grease and flour the cake springform pan. Baking time: 20 min. 200 °C for each base.
Mix the filling ingredients together. Stir in fruit cocktail.
Spread the curd mixture on each of the 2 bases and place them on top of each other. 3 . Place the second cake layer on top, dust with powdered sugar.
