For baked bananas, mix flour with eggs and stir in milk, rum, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. Melt butter and add to the dough.

Let the dough rest. Peel bananas and cut lengthwise into strips about 4 cm wide. Heat fat, dip bananas in batter and fry until floating.
