For the asparagus with shrimp, defrost the shrimp slowly.
Peel or wash the asparagus, remove the woody ends and steam at 100° C for 10 minutes.
Wash the parsley and peel the garlic. Blend parsley, garlic, the zest of one lemon, olive oil, a little lemon juice and salt in a blender to make a pesto. Steam the shrimps at 100° C for 3 minutes.
Then arrange the asparagus with the shrimps, cover with the parsley pesto and season with salt and pepper.
