Instructions:

For the apple salami towers, preheat the oven to 180°C degrees. Peel and core the apples and cut them into 1 cm thick rings. Heat 25g butter in a pan and fry the apple rings on both sides. Drain on kitchen paper.

Cut out circles from the sandwich toast slices that are about the same size as the apple rings. Add the remaining butter to the pan and fry the bread circles in it until brown on both sides and also drain. Place an apple ring on each slice of bread. Then place 2 slices of salami on top. Place a slice of cheese on top of the salami. Sprinkle the cheese with some paprika powder and bake the apple-salami towers in the oven until golden brown.

Preparation Tip:

For the apple salami towers you can also use ham instead of salami.
