For the salt sticks, knead a smooth dough from the ingredients. Keep warm and let rise. Knead again and roll out 1/2 to 1 cm thick.
Sprinkle with coarse-grained salt, caraway seeds, and grated Parmesan cheese to taste as well. Cut into 1/2 cm wide, 10 cm long strips and roll.
Let rise again on a baking sheet and bake the salt sticks at 225 degrees for about 10 minutes.

If you like, sprinkle the pretzel sticks with sesame seeds or caraway seeds.
