For the fruit salad with camembert, wash an orange well and remove the skin with a zester, cut the orange in half and squeeze. Save the juice for the marinade.
Peel the second orange thickly and fillet it. Peel kiwi and divide into pieces. Use a baller to prick different sized balls out of the melons.
Arrange all the fruit on a plate, place the camembert on top and pour a marinade of vinegar, oil, salt, white pepper and orange zest over it.
Preparation Tip:
Grapes and pears go well with camembert and can thus still be added to the fruit salad with camembert. Or replace.
