For the pretzel rolls, knead all ingredients into a dough. Knead again after letting rise. Shape into sticks. Let rise on a floured surface.
Boil 1 liter of water with the soda. Turn the rolls on the other side and carefully place them in the boiling water. Boil briefly, remove, drain.
Put them on a greased baking tray. Bake in a 220 °C oven for about 20 minutes.
After removing, let cool on a tea towel. Then fill as desired.
Preparation Tip:
The texture of the pretzel rolls becomes somewhat harder after 35 minutes. After 20 minutes, they have a rather softer texture.
