For the toast with shrimp and radishes, remove the shrimp from the package, allow to thaw, then rinse in cold water, pat dry and sauté in butter for 2-3 minutes, turning.
Season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper and drain on kitchen paper. Mix mayonnaise with sour cream and parsley to a cream and season to taste. Toast the bread.
Wash radishes, pat dry, slice and spread on toast. Put a tablespoon of cream on top, place shrimps on top, drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with parsley.
