For the pizza dough, put flour, yeast, oil, water, salt and oregano in a bowl and knead well with your hands. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
The dough is enough for about 5 pizzas. Roll out with a rolling pin for further processing, top as desired and bake at about 220 °C for 15-20 minutes.
