For the yogurt cream, sprinkle the orange fillets with orange liqueur. Leave to infuse for approx. 10 minutes.
Mix the yogurt with the powdered sugar. Divide the fillets among 4 glasses, pour the yogurt over them and decorate with the almond flakes. Serve the yogurt cream.
Preparation Tip:
You are welcome to add a few drops of lemon juice to the yogurt cream.
