A great cake recipe for any occasion:

Beat eggs and sugar 1 min until thick and creamy, fold in oil and wine. Mix baking powder, flour, cornstarch and dessert sauce powder, sift and fold in alternately with the lemon balm. Fill the dough into a greased cake pan and bake at 180 °C for approx. 65 min. Leave the cake in the pan for approx. 10 minutes after baking, then turn out. Spread the jam through a sieve and brush the bottom edge with it and sprinkle with coke flakes.
