For the wholemeal pancakes, mix flour, eggs and light milk into a liquid dough. Let the dough rest for 1/2 hour.

Lightly brush a coated pan with oil and bake pancakes in it. Fill the wholemeal pancakes with apricot jam.

Preparation Tip:

You can also use any other jam or curd filling for the whole wheat pancakes.
