Season meat, brown in a saucepan, remove.

Sauté shallots and garlic, then ginger, then bananas, sprinkle with curry, fill with clear soup. Add chutney, long grain rice, and sour cream, gently toss for 15 min. Season with pepper, chutney, salt and juice of one lemon.
