For the sponge mixture, beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar in a food processor until the mixture turns whitish. Fold in flour. Bake sponge mixture in a round cake pan and cut in two.

Wash and clean the strawberries and mash them a bit. Leave a few strawberry pieces to decorate the cake.

Whip the whipped cream until stiff, and add sugar and cream stiffener. Then whip the two yogurts until creamy, add the gelatin and mix with the strawberries.Gently mix the whipped cream and the yogurt mixture.

In the cake baking dish, pour the mixture between the sponge cake slices. Refrigerate the strawberry tart for at least 3-4 hours until ready to eat.

Preparation Tip:

This cake goes well with a strawberry and mint sorbet.
