Strawberry Shortcake

First wash the strawberries. Puree half of the strawberries with powdered sugar and lemon juice.

Mix créme fraîche and vanilla pulp until creamy, fold into the puree.

Divide the strawberry cream into tartlet shells.

Cut the remaining strawberries in half and spread evenly over the cream.

Garnish with mint leaves.

Preparation Tip:
