Instructions:

For the strawberry confection, mix jam with whipped cream and boil down on low heat for about 10 to 15 minutes. In the meantime, melt white couverture over a water bath or in the microwave. Mix both masses together.

Either spread on a tray lined with cling film or fill the confection into any small silicone molds. Place in the refrigerator and cut into any shapes when cooled.

For the glaze, melt couverture over a bain-marie or in the microwave and stir with coconut oil until smooth. Coat the strawberry confectionery with the glaze.
