For the spelt sunflower seed bread, make a steam of lukewarm water, yeast and a pinch of sugar. Leave to stand for approx. 10 minutes. Mix the flour and dry ingredients together and stir. After 10 minutes of steaming, add yeast water (yeast dissolved in water) to flour and knead well.

When the dough is smooth let it rise for about 20 minutes and knead again. Put in a form there again about 20 minutes to rise and then make three incisions with a knife. Spray with water so that the surface is shiny and then bake in the oven at 190°C hot air for 40 minutes. Again spray the spelt sunflower seed bread with water so that the crust becomes crispy.
