For the sliced pork with white cabbage, first shave the cabbage, cut the peppers into small strips and dice the onion medium fine. Cut the meat into strips of the same thickness.

Heat lard in a saucepan, cook onions until translucent, add meat and brown all over. Add cabbage, brown briefly, deglaze with broth, season and stir in ketchup and sherry.

Cover and sauté, adding the bell bell pepper after 10 minutes. Add the crème fraîche and sauté for another 10 minutes.

Season and serve the pork cutlets with white cabbage immediately.
