Pizza Hot Dog

For the pizza hot dog, first preheat the oven to 180 °C. Cover a baking tray with baking paper.

Roll out the pizza dough and cut into thirds. Set aside one part each for legs, tail and ears. The remaining dough must enclose the sausage.

Put some mustard and ketchup on the dough and roll up the sausage with it. Form legs, tail and ears and press tightly. Place the hot dogs on the baking sheet and brush with beaten egg. Bake for about 20 minutes.

Draw eyes on the pizza hot dog with mayonnaise and peppercorns. Use a piece of olive for the snout.
