Instructions:

Cut bacon into cubes, rinse anchovies and chop finely. Rinse arugula and tomatoes and rub dry. Pluck arugula into pieces. Cut tomatoes into quarters, remove seeds. Coarsely chop the seeds. Peel and finely dice garlic and shallots. Rinse fish, rub dry and cut into 1-2 cm pieces.

Cook pasta in salted water until done. Add bacon and oil to a large frying pan and fry over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add shallots and garlic and sauté until translucent. Add fish cubes and sauté for about 2 minutes. Add tomato seeds, tomatoes and anchovies to frying pan and briefly bubble up.

Mix with drained pasta, salmon and bacon. Arrange arugula and pasta, sprinkle with pepper and remaining arugula if desired.

Our tip: Use a deliciously spicy bacon for a delicious touch!
