For the onion pie, brush a round mold with oil and roll out the pizza dough. Line the pan with dough, pulling up the edges slightly. Peel onion and cut into thin rings.

Heat the remaining oil and sauté the onion rings until they are light brown. Then spread the onion rings on the dough, whisk eggs with whipping cream, salt and pepper and pour over.

Put the bacon on top, spread the herbs on top and sprinkle the cheese on top. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes until the edge of the dough is nicely browned.
