Cut the pancetta into strips and fry in very little oil until brown. Ketumbar, Trassi, onion, Sambal ulek, Djahe finely grind and stew with. all together deglaze with a dash of Ketjap and stir the long grain rice through this amount. Serve with a fried egg and pickles. Sambal Kelapa also tastes very good with it.
