For the pork chop with vegetables and bulgur, first bring the water/soup to a boil and stir in the bulgur. Boil briefly, then turn down heat, cover and let swell (about 20 minutes).
Meanwhile, prepare everything for the vegetables. Heat oil in a coated pan. Sauté the prepared vegetables briefly. Add the pork chops to the vegetables as well and sauté vigorously, turning.
Turn down heat, add 1/2 cup water and cover. Season with salt and pepper as needed. Arrange the pork chops with vegetables and bulgur and serve.
