Pre-knead mince with the soaked and squeezed out bread. Peel the onion and cut into cubes. Remove peel from apples, core and cut into cubes. Mix onion cubes, apple cubes and egg with minced meat. Grate Emmental cheese. Add cheese, ham cubes and mustard to the minced meat dough, season. Form 8 meat loaves. Fry in hot oil for about 5 minutes on each side.

Serve with mashed potatoes.

Tip: Always use an aromatic ham, it will give your dish a wonderful touch!
