Instructions:

For the lasagna with chard, first clean the chard and cut the stems and leaves into pieces about 1/2 cm thick, then cook them in salted water until al dente.

Heat a little cooking oil in a frying pan and brown the chopped onion and garlic.

Chop the canned tomatoes and add them. The strained vegetables are also added to the pan, everything is seasoned with sugar, salt, pepper, nutmeg and chili and mixed well.

Finally, add a good shot of coffee milk and set aside.

Mix the curd, crème fraîche, rest of the coffee milk and the whole milk well and add salt and pepper. The mixture should be spreadable, not too thin.

Then grease a mold and spread some vegetables on the bottom of the mold, layer lasagna sheets on top, vegetables again and then curd mixture until the mold is full. Finish with the curd.

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese mixed with breadcrumbs and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for 40 minutes.

Serve the lasagna with chard hot.

Preparation Tip:

The lasagna with chard can also be prepared with béchamel, instead of the curd. It goes well with various salads.
