Instructions:

For the lamb chops, the day before preparation, marinate the meat in olive oil with thyme, chili, garlic and rosemary.

Clean all the vegetables and cut them into 1/2 cm slices, season with salt and pepper.

For the sauce, soak saffron threads in 1 tsp of water, stir in sequence with the remaining ingredients. Remove the lamb chops from the oil and place them on the hot grill.

Place vegetables next to them and roast all together until brown on both sides. Arrange the grilled lamb chops and vegetables on plates.

Preparation Tip:

The lamb chops can be prepared with any seasonal vegetables. Zucchini are tender in taste and therefore well suited for children.
