Instructions:

Season the lamb, flour it and put it in a cool place. Tear potatoes, squeeze and add egg yolk and spices. Press potato crust onto floured lamb chops and fry in pan. Brown the onion in a saucepan, add the tomato paste and pour the beef broth. Finally, add red beans, season with salt, pepper and cayenne. Arrange the hot bean vegetables on the plate & place the chops on top.

Preparation Tip:

As a side dish to this dish is also recommended any vegetable with tomatoes and peppers. Never skimp on rosemary.
