Instructions:

For the herb gnocchi with cheese sauce, boil the potatoes, peel them and press them hot through the potato ricer.

Add flour, salt and the herbs and knead into a dough. On a floured work surface, shape the dough into 2 cm thick rolls.

Cut the dough rolls into 1 cm thick pieces and flatten slightly with a floured fork. Boil the gnocchi briefly in salted water and let them steep for 3 minutes at very low heat and strain.

For the cheese sauce, chop the garlic and fry it in the butter. Add the soup and milk and stir in the chopped cheese and let it melt.

Season the cheese sauce with salt and pepper and serve with the herb gnocchi.
