PREPARATION Preheat the oven to 250 °C.

PREPARATIONFor the pizza al pescatore, cut the defrosted scallops crosswise into slices, the mozzarella also into slices or cubes. Finely chop the garlic cloves. Place pizza dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
