Curd Cream with Strawberry Topping

For the cream of curd cheese with strawberry topping, soak gelatine for approx. 10 minutes. Whip the cream until stiff. Stir curd, milk and powdered sugar until creamy.

Heat the rum and dissolve the squeezed gelatine leaves in it and stir into the curd cream. Then stir in the whipped cream. Pour the mixture into cream bowls and chill.

For the strawberry topping, wash and clean the strawberries and puree with a hand blender. Stir in the sugar and lemon juice and carefully pour over the cream. Refrigerate again.

Preparation Tip:

Sprinkle the cream with strawberries with pistachios.
