To make the cream of carrot soup, first peel the carrots and boil them in water with soup seasoning until soft (I have a homemade one that is heavily salted). Then finely puree the carrots. Squeeze the orange and add to it.

Season the cream of carrot soup with curry powder, salt and pepper and stir in the whipped cream.

Preparation Tip:

The consistency of the cream of carrot soup can be changed individually. If you like the soup thicker, add a little less, otherwise a little more water and then taste again.
