Instructions:

Preheat oven to 140 ºC hot air.

Beat egg whites with powdered sugar and a pinch of salt until stiff.

Mix coconut flakes with pudding powder well. Gently fold into the whipped mixture with a whisk.

Fill a piping bag with the mixture and pipe round biscuits onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake for approx. 15 minutes. It is best to keep checking: When they are golden brown, they are done.

Use a round cookie cutter to make the bottom slices from the wafer sheets. Spread the slices with the chocolate cream and place one of the baked coconut domes on top.

Dip the bottom edge of the coconut domes in chocolate icing.
