Instructions:

A great pasta dish for any occasion:

Sauté with half of the olive oil and together with the soy sauce to the soy mince form.

Heat remaining olive oil, sauté peeled, seeded, coarsely diced peppers and the seeded, finely diced chilies. Add the coarsely diced firm tofu and sauté. Dice the tomatoes just as coarsely and add.
