For the broccoli in gorgonzola cream, clean and wash the broccoli. Cut into florets and cook in the vegetable soup until al dente. Heat the whipped cream and melt the Gorgozola in it.

Add the hard cheese. Place the cooked broccoli in small ovenproof dishes and pour the cheese whipped cream over it.

Bake in the oven at 180 °C for about 10 minutes. It goes very well with fresh baguette.

Preparation Tip:

A few fresh herbs or arugula add freshness to the broccoli in gorgonzola whipped cream.
