Make the potatoes, remove the peel and press them hot through a press. Then cool and mix with the flour, egg and spices to form a dough, form a roll and carve into 6 equal pieces. On a floured board, roll out each piece of dough to a circle 1/2 cm thick, brush with melted butter or sour cream, place the sliced apples on top, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and form into a roll. Place diagonally in a well-greased roasting tin and bake at 200 °C (in an electric oven) for 50 to 60 minutes. Brush with melted butter just before removing.
