For the pizza, place flour in a large enough bowl. Warm the milk slightly. Crumble yeast, dissolve in it and add to flour.
Add softened butter, 1/2 tsp salt, oregano and oil. Knead everything together with the dough hook of the hand mixer to a smooth dough.
Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes. Roll out the dough on a lightly greased baking tray (approx. 35 x 40 cm). Spread tomatoes evenly on it, season.
Cut mozzarella roughly into cubes. Spread olives, peppers and mozzarella evenly on the pizza. Possibly go again.
Bake in a hot kitchen oven (electric oven: 225 °C /fan: 200 °C /gas: on level 4 for approx. 25-30 min.
Spread the salami evenly on the pizza about 5 minutes before the end and bake again briefly.
Preparation Tip:
Meat tigers also top the pizza with pepperoni with ham. Sheep's cheese is also excellent on the pizza.
