Clean the vegetables and cut them into tender strips, press the garlic clove. Sauté everything in the oil over medium heat. Add long grain rice, white wine and 3/8 liters of water, season with salt, boil, then swell for 15 minutes. Chop and stir in dill, sprinkle with diced ham and bring to table.
Tip: Always use an aromatic ham, it will give a wonderful touch to your dish!
