*Remove peel from jasar bi bharat carrots and cut into slices.
Heat oil in a saucepan. Lightly fry carrot slices in it, turning continuously. Add whole chilies and all spices, season with salt, add water and cook covered on medium heat for 5 min until tender.
Remove seeds from peppers, cut into long strips, add to carrots and sauté for another 5 min until soft. Finally, perfume with orange blossom water.
