For the oat rolls, process all ingredients together for 12-15 minutes with the dough hook in the food processor to dough. If necessary, add a little water.
The dough must come away from the bowl and form a lump. Cover with a damp cloth and let rise in a warm place for about 90 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 190 °C, form 20 uniform Semmerln and place them on a baking tray. Score lightly and let rise again, covered with a damp cloth, until noticeably risen.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, while still hot brush with either a little honey as a breakfast roll or melted butter and let cool.
Preparation Tip:
The oat rolls can also be frozen very well and thus baked in the oven or defrosted when needed.
