For the nibbles, mix the dry ingredients. Slowly knead in butter and water until a smooth dough is formed. If the dough is too dry, add a little more water.
Divide the dough in half and roll out each half very thinly on baking paper, place on a baking tray and poke holes with a fork. Bake at 180 degrees hot air for about 12 minutes until golden brown. Break the nibbles into pieces after they have cooled.
