Cut nectarines into 2 cm pieces. Mix well in a bowl bucket (or bowl vessel) with the rest of the preparation ingredients, refrigerate for at least 5 hours, better one night. (For the fruitier version, add drained pineapple here as well).
2-3 hours before the party, add wine and passion fruit cellar spirits (alternatively a little more wine / for the fruity punch: now also the juice), stir, infuse. When the guests have arrived, top up with sparkling wine.
