For the Asia Chicken in the wok, cut the vegetables into strips. Heat some peanut oil in the wok, fry the chicken breast cut into strips, seasoned with curry powder, 5 spice powder, tandoori spice, hoisin sauce, chili sauce and soy sauce.
Deglaze with sake and add vegetables, except for the bean sprouts. Add sugar, mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
Fold in bean sprouts, season with oyster sauce, heat strongly for another 5 minutes. Serve the Asia Chicken in a wok with rice.

The more adventurous can also mix in some fried shrimp with the Asia Chicken in the wok.
