Remove the skin from the garlic and peel the onion, chop both and sauté in the hot fat. Rinse the millet in a sieve, then add to the onion and garlic form. Pour everything together with vegetable soup, let it boil and cook at low temperature for about 25 minutes.

In the meantime, clean, rinse and chop the broccoli.

Blanch on it in boiling hot salted water for 3 to 5 min.

Cut the feta cheese into cubes, cut the washed, shaken dry chives into rolls. Rinse the tomatoes, remove the stem ends, then cut into cubes. Mix the broccoli and feta cheese cubes into the millet, season with salt and pepper and nutmeg.

Sprinkle chive rolls and tomato cubes on top. You can grill the dish briefly to taste.

Our tip: Fresh chives are much more aromatic than dried ones!
