For the dough, crumble yeast into a large enough bowl. Add lukewarm milk and dissolve yeast. Pour in the remaining basic ingredients one by one and knead into a smooth dough. Cover and leave in a warm place for at least 30 minutes. Roll out the dough and place it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Spread prepared blueberries with bread crumbs evenly on the dough base.
